Precision Deep Cleaning & Home Detailing

Thorough, Adaptable, Client-Guided When Desired

Options for Deep Cleaning and Home Detailing

Options with this service include “Detailing” for your home — focused, thorough, and tailored to the surfaces and corners that standard cleaning misses. Clients choose this service to clean grooves, seams, and surface intersections that are difficult to reach or commonly overlooked. Many also seek deep cleaning to reduce allergens like dust mites, pet dander, and mold spores — especially in areas such as vents, upholstery, and textured surfaces. Cleaning and organizing can be done in tandem, based on how you want the space to look and feel when complete. Options include trim, vents, high shelves, light fixtures, surveillance cameras, and architectural ledges — with ladder access available when needed. Specialized tools include plastic crevice tools, food-grade alcohol wipes (available), and other methods designed for detailed, surface-safe cleaning that is designed to protect from toxins and allergens.

This adapts to your preferences — whether you want a space cleaned, organized, or both. You’re welcome to point out exactly what you want cleaned or organized — whether it’s a single fixture or an entire room — or simply clarify your goals in advance. When you’re available, feedback from you may be beneficial.

Work is completed with a gentle, efficient touch — moving quickly when appropriate, and adjusting pace with thoughtful care when planning, safety, or surroundings call for it. The rhythm is fluid and responsive, shaped by a practiced work habit and a natural inclination to work as quickly as is appropriate. When there’s an opportunity to move fast, the work flows with precision and momentum. When a moment calls for care — to protect a surface, navigate a tight space, or think through the next step in the plan — that same energy shifts into focused attention. This approach is guided by a sincere concern to accomplish the most beneficial work possible within the time available, to fulfill your goals.

Safety First

Tools are chosen for efficiency, safety, and to protect from toxicity. We use Seventh Generation cleaners — approved under the NOP (National Organic Program) for use in organic food production. Food-grade alcohol wipes are available when appropriate. Protective gear is used as needed, and all materials are selected to minimize exposure to synthetic residues or microplastics.

What Can Be Cleaned

These are examples of areas we commonly clean — indoors and outdoors — based on client goals:

  • Ceiling fans, vents, trim, and high shelves

  • Corners, baseboards, and tight nooks

  • Fixtures, switches, and surface edges

  • Grout, tile, and transitional seams

  • Indoor and outdoor light fixtures

  • Door panel grooves and window frame edges

  • Outdoor camera housings and ledges

  • Floors, walls, and textured surfaces

  • And more — clients are welcome to point out additional areas they’d like cleaned

Materials We Commonly Bring

These are the cleaning materials we tend to bring each time, unless you have a different request:

  • Natural cotton rags — microfiber-free, low-lint, and biodegradable

  • Microfiber rags — available upon request

  • Seventh Generation cleaners (all-purpose, dish soap, bathroom, and sanitizer)

  • Food-grade alcohol wipes — available for evaporative cleaning in tight spaces

  • Plastic crevice tools — wedge- and point-shaped for safe dust removal in grooves and seams

  • Natural sponges — including sea sponge, loofah, or cellulose, depending on the surface

  • Copper mesh scrub — for grout, tile, and textured surfaces

  • Protective gear — goggles and face masks available when needed

Floor Cleaning Based on Your Preferences

When appropriate, we use a portable floor cleaning machine with revolving brushes and Seventh Generation all-purpose cleaner. The brushes loosen dirt and residue, which is then lifted using clean cotton rags — removing buildup directly from the surface without redistributing it, unlike traditional mops.

If a spot remains after wiping, we may use a natural sponge — such as cellulose or loofah — to gently lift it, depending on the surface and what’s appropriate for the material. This method supports a cleaner finish than mop-based systems, which often push dirty water around or leave behind residue. By contrast, using fresh rags and targeted tools allows for direct removal and a clearer result.

Corner and Crevice Cleaning Options

For clients who want ultra-immaculate results in tight corners or transitional seams, we may use plastic crevice tools, alcohol wipes, or simply press a rag into the space by hand. These methods are available when requested and adjusted based on time, surface type, and client goals.
